Respite (Children & Adults)

We provide temporary relief for caregivers while ensuring consistent, reliable care:

Short-term care coverage

Flexible scheduling

In-home or community-based support

Habilitation (Children & Adults)

We deliver structured, goal-based support to build and maintain essential life skills:

Communication and social skills

Behavior support and routines

Daily living skills (ADLs)

Independence and decision-making

Habilitation is focused on teaching and reinforcing skills, not just supervision.

Day Program (Adults Only)

Our day program is designed exclusively for adults and focuses on community engagement and skill development.

Participants receive:

Structured daily activities

Social interaction and peer engagement

Community-based experiences

Skill-building for independence

DDD defines day services as programs that develop functional, social, and community-based skills for greater independence.  

HOW WE OPERATE

Non-Medical, Person-Centered Support

All services are:

• Non-medical

• Based on individual goals and needs

• Delivered in home and community settings

Each individual’s services are guided by their DDD service plan, ensuring support is aligned with their specific needs and preferences.
