How much does it cost?

We encourage you to try a class first to see how we operate and if it’s the right fit for you. Most people who try a class absolutely love it! Memberships start at $38 a week for three classes.

What time are the classes?

We offer classes Monday through Friday, with morning sessions on Saturday. Our first class starts at 5:00 am, and the last class wraps up at 7:30 pm. Check out our full schedule here: Class Schedule

How long are the classes?

Each class runs for one hour.

What kind of workouts do you do?

We focus on group workouts that are uniquely structured to deliver maximum results. Our classes combine strength, conditioning, and mobility work, ensuring you become stronger and more capable every day.

Can I work out by myself and just use the equipment?

Our gym is exclusively for classes, and we do not offer open gym times.

Is the gym crowded during peak hours?

Nope! We keep our classes intentionally small to ensure you get personalized attention for better results and injury prevention.

Do you have programs or classes specifically for beginners?

Absolutely! Our classes are beginner-friendly and designed to meet you where you are in your fitness journey. No judgment here, everyone starts somewhere.
