Refund Policy & Minimum Service Requirements

• For Maximum Drive and Business Access Members, a minimum of three months membership is required and will be billed monthly for as long as you are a member. If membership is canceled within your first three months, the final balance due will be billed to your credit card on file as a one time payment.

• For Master Class members, there is no minimum contract. Stay as long as you like and cancel anytime.

• If you choose to cancel membership to any of the Lovebites Dental programs, service is terminated immediately. Please email [email protected] to cancel.

• There are no refunds for early termination and access to the Lovebites Dental app, resources, discounts, and other benefits will be suspended.

Lovebites Dental Courses & Nationwide Conferences

• There are two types of dental courses and conferences associated with Lovebites Dental. Those that are directly part of Lovebites Dental and those put on by outside establishments such as THE DENTAL FESTIVAL.

• For our live in-person Lovebites Dental courses (excluding Maximum Drive Members), doctors will get a full refund 90 days prior to the course date and a 50% refund 45 days out. Less than 45 day sign ups "NO REFUNDS".

• Doctors do not need to be a member of Lovebites Dental to attend our live in-person courses. They are however FREE to attend with our Maximum Drive program.

• Maximum Drive Members do need to register for each of the live in-person Lovebites Dental Course in advance to attend the event. If you register for a course and DO NOT ATTEND you will not get CE credit and will be billed $500 per registered doctor after the event takes place to the credit card on file. If you choose to not attend a live course and would rather get CE credits by watching the recorded course you may do so for FREE.

• Walk-Ins for any live course or event is not permitted. Everyone who plans on attending as a Lovebites Dental Member or Non Member must register in advance.

• For all nationwide conferences, doctors will need to directly work with the conference for a refund. We are not involved with any refund policy for any conference discounts.

Tickets & Deep Discounts

• Non-Members, Master Class Members and Business Access Members Tickets for a 1.5 day Lovebites Dental Course will be as follows:

Dentists - $1,495 per ticket (12 CE Credits)
Team Members - $295 per ticket
Dental Students - $195 per ticket

• Non-Members, Master Class Members and Business Access Members Tickets for a 2.5 day Lovebites Dental Course will be as follows:

Dentists - $2,495 per ticket (20 CE Credits)
Team Members - $495 per ticket
Dental Students - $295 per ticket

• Maximum Drive Members (1.5 or 2.5 day Lovebites Dental Courses)

Enrolled Dentist - FREE
Additional Dentists in same practice: 50% off per ticket
Team Members - $95 per ticket

• THE DENTAL FESTIVAL

A 60% discount is ONLY given to Maximum Drive Members

• Additional Deep Discounts will be applied to all national dental conferences and events for all Maximum Drive Members. Discounts will be announced as they get added through communication resources such as the Lovebites Dental app, private facebook group, website, and/or email.

CE Credits & Lovebites Dental App

• Master Class offers 1 CE credit for each 1 hour group session you attend every week. You can earn up to 52 credits a year.

• All Master Class seasons are recorded and archived on our dental app. No CE credits will be offered for classes for recorded Master Class sessions.

• CE credits earned through Maximum Drive can be earned at live in-person courses as well as earned through the Lovebites Dental App. All Lovebites Dental courses are recorded so you never miss an opportunity to maximize your CE.
