Training Services
1. Training Services
FPR will provide professional training services tailored to your pet’s needs. This may include, but is not limited to:
Basic Obedience
Behavioral Modification
Advanced Skills Training
Socialization Exercises
The specific services and schedule will be outlined in your customized training plan.
2. Pet Eligibility
By enrolling your pet in training, you affirm that your pet:
Is up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies. Proof of vaccination must be provided prior to the first session.
Does not exhibit aggressive behavior that poses a danger to trainers, staff, or other pets unless enrolling in a specific behavior modification program.
Is in good health and free of contagious diseases or parasites.
3. Pet Parent Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information about your pet's health, behavior, and history.
Follow training guidelines and reinforce training exercises at home as directed by FPR trainers.
Arrive on time for scheduled sessions or notify FPR at least 24 hours in advance of cancellations or rescheduling.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for each session is required in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed upon.
Client hereby authorizes FPR to charge the credit card on file for multiple Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs) as necessary to complete payment for the package selected and purchased. These charges may be made in installments, at the frequency and amounts agreed upon in the package terms, until the total package cost is paid in full. Client understands and agrees that this authorization remains in effect until all payments have been successfully processed. Client further agrees to maintain valid and current payment information and acknowledges that a failure to do so may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
Fees for training services are non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 6.
5. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that:
Training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the possibility of injury to your pet, yourself, or others.
FPR is not responsible for injuries resulting from your pet's participation in training sessions or activities.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If FPR cancels a training session, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund for that session.
If you cancel or fail to attend a session, no refund will be issued. You may cancel your recurring EFT anytime.
7. Liability Waiver
You agree to release and hold harmless FPR, its employees, and agents from any liability arising from your pet’s participation in training services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by FPR.
8. Photo and Video Release
FPR may take photos or videos of your pet during training for promotional or educational purposes. By signing this Agreement, you grant FPR permission to use such media unless you specifically opt out in writing.
9. Termination of Services
FPR reserves the right to terminate training services if your pet poses an unmanageable risk or if terms of this Agreement are not met.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
Acknowledgment and Agreement
I, the undersigned, have read and understand the terms of this Agreement. I agree to abide by these terms and assume full responsibility for my pet’s participation in training at Furry Pet Resorts.
Boarding and Daycare Services
1. Boarding and Daycare Services
Furry Pet Resort (“FPR”) will provide professional boarding and/or daycare services tailored to your pet’s needs. These services may include, but are not limited to:
Supervised playgroups
Individual play or enrichment sessions
Feeding and medication administration
Rest periods in assigned accommodations
Standard hygiene practices and daily monitoring
The specific services, schedule, and accommodations will be outlined at the time of booking.
2. Pet Eligibility
By enrolling your pet in boarding or daycare, you affirm that your pet:
Is up-to-date on all required vaccinations, including rabies. Proof must be provided prior to check-in.
Does not exhibit aggressive behavior that may endanger staff or other pets. Pets with known behavioral issues may be required to undergo an assessment or may be denied services.
Is in good health and free of contagious diseases, fleas, or parasites. Pets showing signs of illness may be refused service or isolated at the owner's expense.
3. Pet Parent Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide complete and accurate information regarding your pet’s health, behavior, feeding needs, and habits.
Supply any required medications or special items (food, supplements, etc.) clearly labeled with instructions.
Adhere to scheduled drop-off and pick-up times, or notify FPR at least 24 hours in advance of changes.
Ensure your pet arrives with a secure collar/harness and ID tags unless otherwise instructed.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for boarding or daycare is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
Client authorizes FPR to charge the credit card on file for multiple Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs) as necessary to complete payment for any package or recurring service selected.
Charges may be processed in installments per the agreed schedule until all fees are paid in full.
The authorization remains in effect until all payments have been successfully processed.
Maintaining valid and current payment information is the client’s responsibility. Failure to do so may result in suspension of services.
Fees for boarding or daycare services are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 6.

You acknowledge that:
Participation in daycare or boarding involves inherent risks, including but not limited to potential injuries from play, interaction with other pets, stress-related events, or unforeseen medical issues.
FPR is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or conditions that arise from normal boarding/daycare activities or interactions.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If FPR cancels or is unable to provide boarding/daycare services, you may reschedule or receive a refund for unused days.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to check in as scheduled, no refund will be issued.
For recurring daycare EFT memberships, you may cancel your recurring EFT at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
7. Liability Waiver
