We combine decades of professional experience in marketing, sports and management with a genuine passion for welcoming and sharing the best our country has to offer.
Our History
Lisbon Booking Tours was born from a love for Lisbon and the desire to showcase it through the eyes of those who truly know it.
After more than 30 years of career in the corporate world, we decided to put this know‑how at the service of something that drives us: to provide authentic and memorable experiences to those visiting Portugal.
We combine professionalism with the Lisbon spirit: informal, warm and full of stories to tell.

Who We Are
Jorge Manuel Perestrelo and Luís Miguel Franco, two native Lisboetas, founders and hosts of Lisbon Booking Tours. We bring together business expertise and a passion for travel, creating a family company dedicated to offering the best of Portugal, with the refinement and care of those who know every corner.

I’m an Alfacinha with Great Pride
Alfacinhas are natives of Lisbon, a term deriving from the abundance of lettuces cultivated in the city’s gardens since the Arab period.
Jorge Perestrelo
Jorge Manuel Perestrelo comes from a family more than 600 years old, where Bartolomeu Perestrelo in the 15th century, his ancestor, was a great navigator and the first captain-donatary of the island of Porto Santo in Madeira. He was born in Lisbon and grew up in Mouraria, having been a professional player and football coach. His passion is for the city where he was born, Lisbon. He was the entrepreneur of an international sports brand for more than ten years and, with the desire to reveal to the world the oldest western capital in Europe, embraced this project.
Luís Franco
Luís Miguel Franco is passionate about logistics; he served the country in the logistics area of the Portuguese Army and held roles in the best logistics companies in Portugal as Commercial Director. Descended from Alentejo families and Spanish great‑grandparents with strong ties to the Alentejo, Elvas, Portalegre and Estremoz, he was born in Lisbon and spent his adolescence between the Alentejo, Spain and Lisbon. He has lived in Lisbon since the age of 15 in the Campolide neighborhood, one of the most traditional areas of the city.
