Guillermo Serafin

Hello and welcome. My name is Guillermo Serafin but most people call me "G" because Guillermo is just a pain in the butt to try and pronounce. I have been successfully helping home buyers and sellers move in California since July 2007. Most days I spend my time studying the market and finding new and creative ways to help my clients realize their real estate dreams. People know me as the get-it-done guy. I’m the one that pulls through the deals no one else can and helps those who no one else will. People often refer to me as persistent, a pain, and unrelenting, as well as someone who doesn’t believe in the word “impossible”. I feel like my purpose for being here is to fight for others and show anyone who needs it that greatness and opportunity is out there for anyone who’s willing to go for it and do the work to get it. What I am most passionate about in life is helping others achieve goals that others have previously told them were out of their reach.

I work with anyone wanting to get into real estate. Whether they need help with buying, selling, or wanting to make a career out of it. If they have a deep desire to change their lives through real estate I’m their guy. If they’ve tried before and have hit a brick wall trying to find someone who would listen, that they could trust, and that would believe in them, then I’m the broker for them. If they’ve struggled to figure out how real estate could fit into their lives and be a reality for them, I promise I will work tirelessly to find a way to make it happen and will show them every step in detail it takes to make it real. I’m honored when someone gives me the privilege to help them. I mean this with all of me, because real estate changed my life, and I came into it thanks to someone who took the time to believe in me. So in keeping my promise to them, I’ve made it my life’s mission to help others discover what real estate can do for them.

I’ve been featured in the California Association of Realtors (CAR) magazine. I’ve taught other agents at associations (IVAR letter). And even title companies have asked me to speak to help agents they work with. I was also interviewed by News Pilot during the crash of 2008 about what I do.

When I’m not working on a transaction for a client, helping an agent, or looking for deals… You’ll find me working in one of my many other businesses along with my kids.
