1. Treatment Need
First we confirm the patient is actually missing teeth and actively looking for implant treatment — not someone looking for a check-up, clean, filling, whitening, or general dental work.
2. Financial Reality Check
We share industry-standard pricing early to remove price shock. If the patient clearly cannot afford treatment, they are disqualified immediately.
For context, we disqualify nearly 50% of the leads we speak to, which means you never waste time seeing patients who were never going to proceed.
3. Payment Pathway
For patients who are serious, we establish how they intend to fund treatment — whether that’s eligible for a payment plan based on credit score, residency and employment status, savings, superannuation / 401k, support from a partner or family member, or financing against their home.

Once those steps are complete, we secure the consultation with a credit card hold.
