What does the free trial actually include?

We implement the full Dental Empire system for your practice and deliver your first 10 implant patients at no cost from us.

That includes building the marketing under your brand, running the social media campaigns, qualifying every enquiry through our 7-day call centre, securing bookings with a credit card hold, confirming appointments, and ensuring patients actually attend.

Before each consultation, your team receives a full patient profile outlining treatment history, motivations, budget and timeline.

We also provide our Ultimate Consult training to help you maximise case acceptance, along with a follow-up strategy call to answer any questions.

The only cost during the trial is the advertising spend, which is capped at $200 per day for up to 30 days (maximum $6,000).

We stop once 10 implant patients have booked and attended, not just enquiries or tentative bookings, but patients in your chair. In many cases, clinics reach this well before the full budget is spent.

The trial is designed to let you see the quality of patients, the show rates, and the revenue potential before we ever charge a fee.

One thing to note: during the trial we do not handle the post-consult conversion follow-up.

That part is handled by your team so you can see exactly how much revenue the system generates before we step in to help optimise conversions.

Why do you offer a free trial at all?

Because we put our money where our mouth is.

A lot of marketing companies promise the world, lock clinics into long contracts, or hide “guarantees” behind pages of small print.

That’s not how we operate. We’d rather show you exactly what the system can do in your own practice first.

There are three parties involved here — your clinic, Dental Empire, and Meta (the advertising platform).

Meta gets paid first through the advertising spend. Your clinic then generates revenue from the patients.

Only after that do we get paid.

Our goal is simple: we want you to be cash-flow positive before you ever pay us anything.

During the trial we build the marketing infrastructure, run the campaigns, qualify the patients, book the consultations, and train your team on the consult process — without charging a service fee.

One important point: during the free trial we don’t handle the post-consult conversion follow-up.

That part is handled by your clinic so you can see exactly how much revenue the system produces before

we ever step in to optimise conversions.

It also gives both sides a chance to see if we’re a good fit.

You get to experience how we operate, and we get to see how your clinic handles the patients.

We’re not interested in working with clinics that aren’t aligned with how we do things.

That’s why the free trial isn’t offered to everyone.

How do I qualify for the free trial?

First, you need to be comfortable with growth.

Our system is designed for clinics that want to scale implant treatment seriously.

In many cases that means moving toward an additional $200,000+ per month in implant revenue within the first few months.

If you’re just looking for the occasional implant case here and there, this probably isn’t the right fit.

Beyond that, we only offer the free trial to clinics that are well positioned to handle implant cases successfully. In general, practices that qualify meet the following criteria:

- CBCT scanner on site so diagnostics can be completed during the consultation

- Willing to offer patients a complimentary 1-hour implant consultation, including scans and x-rays

- Offer a $500 treatment voucher for patients who proceed with implant treatment of $10,000+

- At least 5 years of implant placement experience, with confidence handling full-arch and complex full-mouth rehabilitation cases

- Availability for at least 5 implant consultations per week, including some peak-time appointments

- Ability to see patients within the same week (not 2–3 week delays)

- Provide a treatment plan on the day of the consultation (except in complex cases that require a second visit)

- Access to payment plans offering 5+ year repayment options with $0 upfront where possible.

If you don’t currently offer this, we can introduce you to reputable providers who specialise in implant financing.

These requirements help ensure the patients we generate are handled properly and that both your clinic and the patient have the best possible outcome.

How much does it cost after the trial?

Our pricing starts from $15,000 per month, including advertising spend, and our core system.

By the time you reach this point you should be coming off the back of your free trial — and in most cases clinics have already generated $100,000+ in implant revenue before paying us anything.

So the real question is simple: are you comfortable reinvesting some of that revenue to scale further?

If you’re looking at this purely as a cost, we’re probably not the right fit.

Our system is designed for clinics aiming to add $200,000+ per month in implant revenue,

not just pick up the occasional implant case.

Some of our larger partner clinics invest well into six figures per month with us — because they’re

generating $1M+ in implant revenue each month and continuing to scale.

The $15K+ relates to the core system — marketing, qualification, bookings, and confirmations.

For clinics that want to go further, we also offer an additional conversion service where our team

helps maximise case acceptance after the consultation.

Do you require a long-term contract?

No.

You start with the free trial.

If you generate the kind of revenue we expect you to, we then move into an initial 3-month commitment.

That period gives both sides enough time to see the real potential of the system once things are fully running.

After that, the agreement moves to a 30-day rolling arrangement.

We’re not interested in locking clinics into long contracts just to keep them around.

We want you staying because the numbers make sense.

When your implant revenue is growing, everyone wins.

That’s also why our average client relationship is over 5 years.

How quickly will I start seeing patients?

Fast.

Once we both agree the free trial is a good fit and everything is approved, we can typically begin

booking patients within 48 hours.

In most cases clinics see their first implant consultation within 7 days, often sooner.

The only real variable is how quickly your team completes onboarding.

That means getting your key admin or treatment coordinator onto the onboarding call, providing access to

your Meta advertising accounts, and pre-blocking consultation slots in your calendar for us to fill.

Once that’s done, the system moves quickly.

How do you make sure the patients are actually qualified?

We follow a 3-step qualification process before anyone reaches your calendar.

1. Treatment Need
First we confirm the patient is actually missing teeth and actively looking for implant treatment — not someone looking for a check-up, clean, filling, whitening, or general dental work.

2. Financial Reality Check
We share industry-standard pricing early to remove price shock. If the patient clearly cannot afford

treatment, they are disqualified immediately.

For context, we disqualify nearly 50% of the leads we speak to, which means you never waste time

seeing patients who were never going to proceed.

3. Payment Pathway
For patients who are serious, we establish how they intend to fund treatment — whether that’s
eligible for a payment plan based on credit score, residency and employment status, savings, superannuation / 401k, support from a partner or family member, or financing against their home.

We work through their budget and ensure they have a realistic pathway to afford treatment

before anything is booked.

Once those steps are complete, we secure the consultation with a credit card hold.

No card, no booking.

Every patient on your calendar has already passed this process.

What show-up rates can we expect?

We get it — FTA’s and no-shows are a huge problem in implant marketing.

Over the last 12 months, our average attendance rate on free implant consultations was 80.6%.

The reason is simple: we don’t just book appointments — we prepare patients properly before they

ever reach your calendar.

First, we spend around 30 minutes triaging each patient before booking them in.

We get to know them, understand their situation, and treat them like a person — not just another lead.

During that call we uncover the real reason they want their teeth back.

Not the features of implants, but the lifestyle changes they’re hoping for — confidence,

eating properly again, smiling without hesitation.

We also discuss pricing openly, help them understand their payment options, and build a realistic

plan for how treatment can be funded.

At the same time, we explain the clinic and dentist they’ll be seeing so they feel confident about

who they’re meeting.

Only after all of that do we secure the appointment with a credit card hold.

When patients reach your consultation chair, they already know what to expect and why they’re there.

Without this level of qualification, 50% show rates are common in implant marketing.

What ROI do your clinics typically see?

Across our client base, most clinics fall somewhere between 7:1 and 12:1 return on investment.

We’ve seen results start as low as 5:1 in the early stages.

In many of those cases the clinic chooses to bring us in to support the conversion side

How many implant patients can you generate per month?

It depends on three main factors: your budget, your clinical capacity, and your location.

At the lower end, most clinics start with around 15 implant consultations per month.

At the higher end, we’ve supported larger clinics generating 200+ implant consultations per month

once the system is fully scaled.

The exact number comes down to:

- Your marketing budget

- How many consultations your clinic can realistically handle

- Your geographic market and population density

We also advise every clinic on the optimal budget for their area to maintain strong ROI.

There will always be a point where increasing ad spend pushes the system past critical mass,

Metro Areas
In larger cities, exclusivity works differently.

You receive exclusive ownership of your leads, not the entire geographic area.

That means if someone submits an enquiry through your campaigns, that patient is yours.
We block them from seeing or enquiring with any other clinic we work with in that market.
