1. Programme Overview

The PCN Intensive Course is a 5-day in-person training programme delivered over two weekends, followed by one accountability day approximately 12 weeks later. The programme includes live training, site visits, Q&A sessions, and ongoing support as outlined on the course page. Content may be adjusted or updated at any time to ensure relevance and quality.

2. Payment & Deposit

  • A £500 + VAT deposit is required to secure your place.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the training start date.

  • A place is not confirmed until full payment has been received.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • The £500 + VAT deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days before the course start date.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable.

  • If full payment has been made and you cancel within 14 days of the start date, no refund will be issued.

  • If SS&I/PCN must reschedule the programme, all participants will be offered the choice of a new date or a full refund of payments made.

4. Transfers & Substitutions

  • You may request to transfer your place to a later programme date once, provided the request is made at least 14 days before the start date.

  • You may nominate another attendee to take your place at any time, subject to PCN approval.

5. What’s Included

Your enrollment covers:

  • 4 days of in-person training delivered over two weekends

  • 1 accountability day

  • Live exercises, walkthroughs, and real-world sessions

  • Access to course materials distributed during the event

  • Light refreshments during training days

What is not included:

  • Travel, accommodation, or meal costs

  • Personal legal, financial, or tax advice

  • Any guarantees of results, income, or property purchases

6. Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

  • Attend on time and participate fully in sessions

  • Behave respectfully toward staff, trainers, and other attendees

  • Take responsibility for implementing the strategies learned

  • Seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions

  • Follow safety guidance during site visits and practical sessions

PCN reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe. No refund will be issued in such cases.

7. Liability Disclaimer

All training is provided for educational purposes only.

Smart Sales & Investments, the Property Coaching Network, and all associated trainers:

  • Do not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

  • Do not guarantee results, deals, income, or business outcomes.

  • Are not responsible for any loss or damages arising from decisions participants make before, during, or after the programme.

Participants must conduct their own due diligence before undertaking any property transaction.

8. Media & Photography Consent

By attending, you grant SS&I/PCN permission to use photos, videos, and audio recordings taken during the programme for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.

If you wish to opt out, please notify the team in writing before the first session.

9. Data Protection

Personal information will be handled in accordance with GDPR and our standard privacy policy.

Your information may be used for:

  • Course administration

  • Communication regarding training days

  • Follow-up support

  • Relevant PCN/SS&I updates

We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

10. Right to Refuse Admission

PCN reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to: inappropriate conduct, safety concerns, or misuse of previous services.

In such cases, refunds (if any) will be handled at management’s discretion.
