Your Services: Smart Separation System

How to have a Successful Separation

A SEPARATION occurs when a marriage or de facto relationship irretrievably breaks down, and one or the other or both parties call a SEPARATION, verbally or in writing.

This is when the trouble begins as both parties try to negotiate their emotions and the legal requirements of a split.

Add children to the split and it becomes even harder to find a path forward.

The best way forward is to treat it like a process, remove the emotion, and tick the boxes.

This is where Smart Separation comes in and provides that path forward in six easy steps.
