About

Epic is more than a catchphrase–it’s a

path toward a better future

We empower agents with tools to build lifelong, trust-

based relationships

Through our transformational offerings, we help agents set a new standard in buyer representation. Join us in elevating the homebuying experience, creating epic moments for your clients and yourself—ones that are unforgettable, joyful, and worth sharing.

Yes, by creating these moments for buyers, you can live a better life

Let’s time travel to see how that logic is sound. 👇

Back in the early 2000s, Founder + CEO Adam Boxman was ready to purchase his first home. His agent did not offer the level of guidance and understanding that a homebuyer needs and deserves. There was no consultation, care, or education. It was simply a transaction. This experience was anything but epic, and Adam walked away regretting how the process played out.

Adam did what anyone would do: he became a real estate agent, focusing on buyer experiences.

OK, perhaps most homebuyers would not turn this learning opportunity into a career spanning over two decades. But it worked, and still works.

Every moment matters–starting with the consultation.

The results speak for themselves.

Now, Adam shows real estate professionals–of all levels–how to create the same epic moments for homebuyers.

Epic is an agency owner feeling like they have the right tools to pivot, survive, and thrive through ever changing regulatory

guidelines.

Epic is an agent earning more quality buyer referrals for less work… without using a bot.

Epic is an event planner knowing that they are receiving a keynote speaker that will change the way their audience sees the world.

Epic is a homeowner needing to replace the roof, yet they are still ecstatic that they bought the home–and they’ll refer you ten times over.

CORE VALUES

THE EPIC 3

When we connect with clients, audiences, or our own team, the EPIC 3 serve as the bedrock to all of our commitments.

1

Personalized engagement

In the big picture, the small details matter and make people feel seen. We create strong processes so that we have room to customize experiences–considering the needs and desires of others.

2

Intentional communication

As Brené Brown said many times, “clear is kind.” Transparency keeps everyone on the same page, preventing siloed and unnecessary work. Intentional communication boosts integrity, transparency, and results.

3

Community-centered enthusiasm

We’re in the business of people and strong relationships. The better the individual relationships, the greater our collective successes.
