Our Story

Built on a Belief That Your Building Should Fuel Your Business

Our founder Graham Morris spent over a decade in commercial construction before starting Green Touch. By the time he and his wife Helga launched the company in 2011, he'd seen every way a project can go right, and every way the industry lets clients down.

They founded Green Touch on a simple conviction: there had to be a better way. Not flashier. Not cheaper. Just honest, about what things cost, how long they take, and what happens when the unexpected shows up.

That conviction became a company, the company became a team, and the team has now delivered more than a thousand commercial projects across the DC Metro. Twenty-five years of experience and counting, and the standard Graham and Helga set on day one hasn't changed. It's just been proven, over and over, by the work.

Our Philosophy

“We named our company Green Touch because we believe every project should help something grow, your business, your vision, your future.

The name is a reference to what happens when the right team touches a project: things come alive. Businesses open. Revenue grows. Buildings stop being a source of stress and start being a source of momentum.
