E.R. Pumping Service provides commercial grease trap cleaning, pumping, maintenance, emergency response, and related FOG compliance services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.

Service Requests & Scheduling

• Service requests may be submitted via phone, online forms, or authorized customer portals.

• Scheduled service times are estimated and may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, emergencies, or operational requirements.

• Emergency services are prioritized but are not guaranteed to arrive within a specific timeframe.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate contact, billing, and service location information

• Ensure safe and reasonable access to grease traps and service areas

• Maintain compliance with local health and safety requirements

• Inform E.R. Pumping Service of any site hazards or access restrictions

Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees or service delays.

Pricing & Payments

• Pricing is based on service type, frequency, grease volume, and site conditions.

• Invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees or service suspension.

• Returned or declined payments may incur processing fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Scheduled services must be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable notice.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a service fee.

• Routine maintenance contracts may include specific cancellation terms outlined in service agreements.

Compliance & Documentation

E.R. Pumping Service provides service documentation for compliance and inspection purposes. While we support FOG and health code compliance, the customer remains responsible for meeting all local, state, and federal regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• E.R. Pumping Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing plumbing conditions, system failures, or damages caused by improper installation or prior maintenance.

Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• Conditions are unsafe or hazardous

• Payment obligations are not met

• Access to service areas is restricted

• The customer violates these Terms

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, graphics, and branding, is the property of E.R. Pumping Service and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Privacy

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and protect your personal information.
