Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Paying for our services in a timely manner.
Fees and Payment
Our fees for services are outlined on our website and in our engagement agreements. Payment
is due as specified in the agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice as outlined in the engagement
agreement.
Limitation of Liability
“Levelled” is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising
from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of all 50 continental United States and
international governing bodies where locations, services and team support are provided.
