Management reserves the right to refuse service or entry to anyone, at any time, for safety or operational reasons.
ID may be requested at any point. Only valid forms of ID are accepted (passport, driving licence, PASS-approved card).
Guests must be 18+ to purchase or consume alcohol.
Under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult and may only remain in permitted areas and times as defined by the venue's licensing policy.
Aggressive, abusive, or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated.
Guests may be asked to leave immediately if behaviour poses a risk to staff or customers.
The venue operates a zero-tolerance policy on drug use and possession.
Only food and beverages purchased on the premises may be consumed unless otherwise agreed for private events.
Service may be refused if a guest appears intoxicated in accordance with UK licensing laws.
Reservations may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Tables will be held for 15 minutes past the reservation time before being released.
Large bookings may require a pre-order or minimum spend.
Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the venue.
The venue may take photos or video for promotional purposes. If guests do not wish to appear in marketing, they must inform management at the time.
Guests must follow staff instructions in the event of an emergency.
No smoking or vaping indoors.
The venue is not responsible for accidents resulting from failure to follow safety guidance.
Guests are responsible for their own belongings.
The venue accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Anyone causing damage to venue property may be held financially responsible.
The venue accepts no liability for personal injury caused by misuse of facilities.
CCTV is in operation for the safety and security of customers and staff.
Any personal data provided (e.g., for bookings or WiFi) will be handled in accordance with GDPR.

The venue complies with the 14 recognised allergens under UK law:
Celery, Cereals (Gluten), Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs, Mustard, Peanuts, Sesame, Soybeans, Sulphur Dioxide, Tree Nuts.
A member of staff will always be available to discuss allergen requirements.
All PPDS foods will have ingredient lists with allergens emphasised in bold, caps, or colour.
While every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination, the kitchen handles multiple allergens, meaning we cannot guarantee any dish is 100% allergen-free.
Customers with allergies must inform a staff member before ordering.
Customers should check allergen information every visit as recipes may change.
All staff receive training on allergen procedures, safe food handling, and communication protocols.
