You agree to:
Provide accurate business and treatment information for AI agent customization
Use the services only for lawful purposes
Not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell our AI systems or platform without written consent
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Some services may require payment, either as a one-time setup or a recurring subscription. Payment terms, scope of service, and renewal policies will be outlined in your proposal or invoice.
Late or failed payments may result in service interruption.
5. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your business information. All clinic-specific data, conversations, and lead information will be handled securely and only used to deliver and optimize our services.
6. Limitation of Liability
OuterMoonAI is not liable for:
Loss of revenue due to inaccurate or incomplete inputs
Third-party service failures (e.g., SMS carriers, booking platforms)
Any indirect or incidental damages resulting from your use of our services
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services within the previous 30 days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, AI models, workflows, and platform designs are the intellectual property of OuterMoonAI. You may not use our branding or replicate our systems without express permission.
8. Termination

Payments are repeatedly missed or reversed
