Master Rocky Abild - More Than Just a Martial Arts and a Karate Workout!

Since earning his 7th Degree Black Belt , he has taught martial arts for over decades, guiding thousands of students to reach success in life through martial arts. His main purpose is to help as many people in our community as possible.

Rocky Abild believes in building a strong foundation of self discipline, self-esteem and respect that can be transferred to all the things you love to do – both outside of the dojo and during training!

Including but not limited to:

Each class is filled with exciting, hi-energy, age-appropriate drills that have been carefully designed to build strength, stamina, and endurance, as well as develop important life skills.

Kids enjoy a fast-paced, fun filled, self defense workout that helps them grow in a positive, well disciplined, yet challenging way too!

Fears and concerns about grade school, peer pressure, bullying, or making decisions alone can be scary. Rocky Abild is fortunate to be assisted by a team of teachers – many of whom were or still are his students! As an 8th-degree black belt, Rocky Abild imparts the wisdom he gained obtaining this rank during Kids Martial Arts, Birthday Parties, , , and the best in town. Students learn different moves, learning basic self-defense techniques, advanced blocks and strikes, and all the conditioning they need to be healthy and fit! Come join our Elite Martial Arts facility! We offer programs Kids Martial Arts , and Birthday Parties classes. We're well known for our super-popular Kids Birthday Parties and we also have an award-winning after-school program and the most fun Summer Camp around!
