From Design to Delivery:

Your Project Journey with Us

How do I get a quote for my project? THIS IS KEY!

Getting a quote is fast and easy!

1.  Click any "Get My Free Quote" button on our website.

2.  Upload your design files: We prefer STEP, DXF, DWG, or PDF files. Include as much detail as possible (material, quantity, finish, tolerances).

3.  Tell us your needs: Briefly describe your project and any specific requirements.

Our team will review your submission and typically get back to you with a detailed quote within 24-48 business hours. The more information you provide, the faster and more accurate your quote will be!

What information do you need from me to provide an accurate quote?

To give you the best possible quote, please provide:

Design Files: CAD files (STEP, IGES, SLDPRT) are ideal. DXF for 2D parts. PDFs with clear dimensions are also helpful.

Material Specifications: Type of metal, grade, and thickness.

Quantity Needed: For prototypes and production runs.

Required Tolerances: Any critical dimensions or tolerances.

Finishing Requirements: Powder coating, painting, plating, etc.

Desired Lead Time/Deadline: If you have a specific project timeline.

The more detail, the better! If you're unsure, don't worry – we can help guide you.

What are your typical lead times?

Lead times vary depending on project complexity, material availability, quantity, and our current production schedule.

Prototypes: Can often be turned around in as little as [X-Y] business days.

Production Runs: Typically range from [Y-Z] weeks. We always provide an estimated lead time with your quote. If you have urgent needs, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate rush orders.

Our #1 goal is to get you quality parts, on time.

Can you help me with my design or suggest improvements? (DFM)

Yes! While we are primarily a fabrication shop, our experienced team can often provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feedback. If we see opportunities to improve your design for better efficiency, cost-effectiveness, or structural integrity during the fabrication process, we’ll share those insights with you. Our goal is your success.

Transparent Pricing & Smooth Logistics

How is pricing determined for custom fabrication?

Our pricing is based on several factors:

Material Costs: Type and quantity of metal used.

Machine Time: Complexity of programming and runtime on equipment (laser, CNC, press brake).       Labor: Welding, assembly, finishing, and quality control.

Quantity: Larger volumes often allow for per-unit cost reductions.

Complexity: Intricate designs or tight tolerances may require more setup and specialized handling.

Finishing: Costs for powder coating, plating, etc.We provide detailed, itemized quotes so you see exactly what you’re paying for.

No hidden fees, ever.

Are there minimum order quantities (MOQs)?

We pride ourselves on flexibility! For many services, especially prototyping, we don't have strict MOQs. However, for production runs, there might be practical minimums to achieve cost-effectiveness. We'll always discuss this transparently with you based on your specific project. Our aim is to find a solution that works for YOUR needs.

What are your payment terms?

For new clients, we typically require a [e.g., 50%] deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due upon completion/before shipping. For established clients with a good payment history, we can discuss net terms. We accept [List payment methods: e.g., Major Credit Cards, ACH, Wire Transfer, Company Checks].

Do you offer any guarantees on your work?

YES! We stand behind our craftsmanship 100%. We guarantee that your parts will be fabricated to the agreed-upon specifications and drawings. Our quality control process is rigorous. If there’s ever an issue with parts not meeting spec due to our error, we will rework or replace them at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority.
