The team, led by Bob, was incredibly welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. Not only did they repair the damage, but they also went above and beyond by detailing my truck from top to bottom. My car was returned to me in better shape then when I took it in. The detailing was such a nice added plus. I had only had my car a short time when I was hit by someone on the freeway. Northside restored my car to its original beauty with additional touches that made it even better. The staff are all very nice and helpful. They even took time to show me features my car had that the dealership hadn't showed me. I highly recommend Northside Auto Body.

I heard 'Bobs' radio ad a few times and ended up hitting a deer towards the farm, I did not panic or hesitate because I new who I was going to call and had heard that they are what they say they are and beyond! I took my vehicle to North Side to get an estimate figuring it would take most of the day, Bob figured out I had rental insurance and within 30 minutes there was a rental for me to drive and I was on my way...wait are you kiiding me 30 minutes and i thought it was going to take most of my day, from start to finish this whole process was seamless because Bob takes the extra initiative, you will NOT be disappointed doing business here!!

I had an appointment this morning to get an estimate for some minor paint damage from someone scraping the side bumper. Bob took one look at it and said, “ I think we can do this one on the house”. Five minutes later, after a spritz of this,, a dab of that, and some buffing, scratches were gone, and he Wouldn’t let me pay him. Talk about excellent customer service!

Our truck had been rear-ended and the bumper smashed. It could have been very stressful but for Bob at Northside! Wow! These guys are FANTASTIC! Just had my Chevy PU in for some repair on one door.Bob got me in sooner than I ever thought, and got it repaired in short timing. I was very pleased with the professional work that was done, and the very friendly attitude that Bob had! What a beautiful shop they have and the quality of work is A-1!! My Pickup was washed and cleaned and looked like new when I picked it up. This shop is highly recommended by me! Thanks Bob, and whoever worked on it!

Just got my truck back after recently being involved in a rear end collision. I was the one receiving the contract. My truck now looks better than before the accident. The repairs were completed on time and done well. My truck was also washed and the interior cleaned to look better than when purchased new last year. I highly recommend this body shop for any repair work you may need.

This fall we took 2 vehicles to Northside for hail damage repair. Bob was awesome to work with for scheduling and insurance coordination. The resulting work on the vehicles was great! Our vehicles were returned to us detailed/cleaned. One of the vehicles needed a new windshield and Northside coordinated with Interstate Auto Glass for the installation of the new windshield while the vehicle was in for repair. It saved us multiple repair dates! This place is the best and I highly recommend them!!

Northside is great to work with. After hitting a deer they had my suburban all fixed up within a week. I dropped it off in the morning and had to back by the end of the day! Plus they returned it to me cleaner then it was before! I had just returned from a 500 mile one way road trip with 3 kids under 6 and well you can imagine what the inside looked like. They really went above and beyond!

The best! I had my 2017 Tacoma worked on after a hit and run in Chicago. Bob was fantastic. Fixing the truck was only one side to the story. We had to navigate around many challenges with the insurance company, parts availability, extra work requested by me... All seamless!! Bob would come to my home and pick me up as needed. The work itself was flawless. And I've had many follow-up calls since to see how things are going. I found NorthSide after my parents had their 2018 Dodge Ram repaired. Seems the deer population is still plentiful here in MN. My parents were recommended by their insurance agency to have the truck taken to the dealership... Well, after weeks of calls not being returned and little interest in the Dodge (at the dealer) my parents contacted NorthSide (Bob). The rest is history. If you call NorthSide, just ask for Bob. Give him your keys and let him do what he does. You'll be pleased you did. Sorry I did not get the name of the guy in the shop that did the work, but hats off. Often durning the process I visited the shop and was allowed to see progress as we had some aftermarket parts installed on my Tacoma. Very accommodating was the entire team with my baby (the truck that is). Thanks guys!!! Keep it up!

I recently had my Vehicle repaired by Northside Collision of Alexandria MN. When I brought the Van in the people were very understanding and very kind. They made the estimate and then scheduled the time to bring in the Van for repair. They set a goal of Five days to finish the job and they succeeded in meeting that goal. I was very pleased when I came into pick up my Van. The parts that had to be replaced looked great and the colors matched the other parts of the Van perfectly. To be fair to other people that read this I tried to find something that would stop me from giving Northside a Five Star rating but I was unable to find anything. They had cleaned the interior of the Van and with the extra paint left they used it to touch up any other scratches they could find. Recently I had my car in for repairs to the back lift door. I had backed up when I should have braked and ended up with a large dent. When I picked up my car it looked great. I couldnt be happier. Great job guys.

Bob at Northside Collision Center was very easy to work with. He looked my vehicle over and gave me an appropriate quote. Bob was able to get my van in within 5 days of the day he gave me a quote. My van was completed with a new bumper and color matched amazingly within 4 hours. They even vacuumed and cleaned the entire van- returning it to me smelling wonderful. I would definitely use Northside Collision Center again.

They even made sure I had another vehicle to use when mine was in the shop. I can honestly say if I ever need body work done again I won't have to look around I will bring it right to them. When I pulled in to pick up my truck the owner was still hand polishing the grill trying to get the bugs off. Northside Collision was beyond amazing. I hit a deer with my new car on Monday and Northside worked with our insurance adjuster and had my car looking brand new by Friday of the same week. Not only did my car look amazing on the outside, they also polished and cleaned the inside of my car which was an unexpected blessing. I had a nasty ding and dent that was turning rusty on me. I called for an appointment and estimate. They had me come down right away. Within 15 minutes they were finished. The estimate was below my deductible, so I did not have to turn it into insurance, which made me happy. They got it into the shop the next day and finished it in no time at all. I received a new shiny, clean perfect looking vehicle! I am a very happy customer and I will say, if you look anywhere else to have you vehicle fixed up, you will be losing out! I am making an appointment to have a spray on bed-liner for my truck. They can do anything!
