Sometimes I wish that boards weren't so stingy because you always get what you pay for. With MHS, you get far more than what you pay for. There are cheaper vendors around, but none that I have so much confidence in.

They are so focused on serving their customers, and especially thoughtful when it comes to dealing with Property Managers. Free clog removal for my properties year round is unbeatable. With the amount of gutter overflow reports I get from my residents, I would end up paying maintenance guys thousands of dollars per year just to keep the gutters flowing well. Plus, they are reasonably priced (not the cheapest, but the BEST), and they are always thinking of ways to save the community money.
