1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ClearLedger Advisory's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Description

ClearLedger Advisory provides AI-enhanced fractional CFO services, including financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and strategic advisory services for ecommerce and SaaS businesses.

3. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our guarantee terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete financial information, maintain proper accounting records, and respond promptly to requests for information necessary to provide our services.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any confidential information without written consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
