Jordy and his crew are a down to earth, solid group of people that I highly recommend. They started out by helping us in an emergency situation in the dead of winter that resulted in a full panel upgrade with 200 amp service. Prestige Electric was fantastic to work with! My initial site survey with Jordy was thorough and left me with a great impression of the company. It really stood out to me that Prestige knew their stuff and that I would have a quality installation done. I had a Gen 3 Level 2 Tesla Wall Connector (with colour matched faceplate) and a DCC12 Load Management Device installed in my townhouse. Kylen was very friendly and an absolute professional and they went above and beyond to ensure the cabling was routed through my mechanical room in a way that made the installation nearly invisible, keeping everything looking clean and seamless. The work only took a little under two hours start to finish, and they made sure to clean up after the job which is appreciated. Jordy, Noah and the team at Prestige did a fantastic job upgrading our panel to 200A while installing a Tesla EV charger. The entire experience was great, from the initial consultation (done via video) to a follow up visit to our house, to the guidance as to what we need, and the actual installation and coordination with the inspector to ensure everything is to code, followed by a detailed explanation of everything done. We're extremely pleased, and unhesitatingly recommend Prestige. We had a load calculation done, and then several options were discussed with us. The folks are Prestige coordinated with Epcor to determine the service to our house, and to ensure we could proceed as planned. Everything went smoothly. If you're considering having an EV charger installed, these are the people you'll want to consult. A first rate job all around.
