Join us for the Bloomington Juneteenth Celebration 2026 as we bring together food vendors, small businesses, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and community organizations.

Food Vendor

Registration Fee

Food vendors include food trucks, food tents, beverage vendors, and vendors selling prepared food or drinks.

Food Vendors must:

  • Offer a $10 meal option

  • Accept event meal vouchers for the $10 meal option

  • Track vouchers received during the event

  • Complete City of Bloomington permits/licensing

Food vendors may also sell other menu items at regular prices.

Marketplace Vendor

Marketplace vendors include small businesses, artists, authors, clothing brands, jewelry vendors, handmade product vendors, service businesses, and entrepreneurs.

Vendor categories are limited to help create a balanced marketplace experience.

In most cases, no more than two vendors per primary product category will be accepted.

Food Vendor Permit Registration

Limited Food Vendor Permit may be available for small businesses, artists, youth entrepreneurs, and community vendors who need support with the marketplace vendor fee.

Assistance requests are reviewed on a limited basis and are not guaranteed.

This option is only for marketplace vendors. It is not available for food vendors.

Nonprofit Vendor

Nonprofit vendor spaces are available for organizations providing community resources, education, outreach, or information.

Nonprofit vendors that are primarily selling merchandise, products, or services may be reviewed and reclassified as marketplace vendors.

Informational / Resource Vendor

Registration Fee

This option is for organizations, businesses, or groups that are not selling products or services but would like to share information, resources, or community engagement at the event.

Food Vendor Meal Voucher Program

Food vendors must provide a $10 meal option for the event voucher program.

Attendees may use event meal vouchers for the approved $10 meal option.

If an attendee orders more than $10 worth of food, they must pay the difference.

Food vendors will collect physical vouchers during the event and turn them in afterward according to the City reimbursement process.

Final voucher quantities and reimbursement instructions will be confirmed before the event.

Vendor Guidelines

Vendor participation is curated to help create a balanced, diverse, and enjoyable marketplace experience.

Marketplace categories may be limited based on product type, category availability, and event space.

In most cases, no more than two vendors per primary product category will be accepted.

Food vendors are reviewed based on cuisine type, setup needs, space availability, and participation in the $10 meal option program.

Payment & Approval Notice

Vendor registration fees are collected for administrative processing, coordination, communication, and participation consideration for the Bloomington Juneteenth Celebration 2026.

Submission of payment does not guarantee final approval or participation.

All vendors are subject to City of Bloomington registration, permitting, licensing, compliance review, category availability, and event approval requirements.

If a vendor is not approved by the City of Bloomington or by event organizers, refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14-30 business days.

Refunds for vendor-initiated cancellations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

City Registration Required

After submitting your vendor registration or payment, you may be redirected to complete the City of Bloomington’s official vendor registration or permitting process.

This step is required for final approval.

Food vendors must complete any required food licensing or temporary food permit requirements through the City of Bloomington.
