Please review the following terms before enrolling. Your membership is a binding
agreement with DiNova Aesthetic.
Membership begins immediately upon enrollment with a one-time initiation fee
A minimum 6-month commitment is required for all membership tiers
Monthly payments are automatically billed on your original signup date
Membership constitutes a binding contractual agreement
No services will be rendered until all dues are current and cleared
Memberships are non-transferable and exclusively for the enrolled member
Complimentary monthly services expire at month-end — no rollover permitted
Teen Club services apply exclusively to Teen Club members
Member discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions
Discounts apply to in-office or shipped products only — not the online store
Failed payments will result in immediate membership cancellation
A $50 reinstatement fee is required to reactivate a cancelled membership
Delinquent accounts may be referred to a collections agency
Teen members must have a separate account with a unique email and phone number
Membership is valid at all DiNova Aesthetic locations
DiNova Aesthetic reserves the right to modify membership policies at any time without prior notice
Membership details and pricing are subject to change
All enrolled members agree to abide by DiNova's standards of conduct
Services and benefits are subject to availability at participating locations
We believe in full transparency. Review our cancellation and early termination
policies carefully before enrolling.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests are only accepted after completing the 6-month minimum commitment
Requests must be submitted by the 15th of the month to take effect that month
All cancellation requests must be sent via email to:[email protected]
Confirmation will be provided within 48 business hours of your request
Any unused service vouchers are forfeited upon cancellation — no exceptions
Early Termination
Members who cancel before completing 6 months are subject to early termination terms
Remaining monthly balance for the full 6-month commitment period is due upon early cancellation
Discounted services received during the membership will be retroactively charged at full retail price
DiNova Aesthetic reserves the right to pursue collections for outstanding balances
Billing Cycle
Auto-billing occurs on the same date as your original enrollment each month
Payment failures result in immediate account suspension and service restriction
A $50 reinstatement fee applies to reactivate any suspended membership
Confirmation will be provided within 48 business hours of your request
It is the member's responsibility to maintain valid payment information on file
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to idinovaaesthetic@gmail.com. Verbal or in-person requests will not be accepted. Requests received after the 15th of the month will be processed in the following billing cycle. Please retain a copy of your confirmation email for your records.
