Live q&a to solve your specific mortgage tech problems

For the past 18 years, I built a very successful career in retail mortgage lending. I hit the milestones, built teams, and did all the things you’re “supposed” to do as a retail loan officer—yet I was constantly let down. I constantly got frustrated with the lack of transparency. Frustrated with limited product options. Frustrated by the caps, overlays, and politics that held me back from truly serving my clients and growing my business.
I thought that was just “how the industry worked”… until I moved my business to the independent mortgage broker model.
On the other side, I discovered more control, more flexibility, better pricing for clients, and new ways to grow my income and my freedom as a loan officer. Now, I host this weekly webinar to share what I’ve learned with loan officers who were in the same position I was.
This isn’t a “brokers are for everyone” pitch.
The broker model isn’t right for every LO or every situation. But if you’re feeling stuck, capped, or curious about what’s actually possible outside of retail, this webinar is for you. Follow along, ask questions, and by the end you’ll know—clearly—whether moving your business to a broker model is the right move for you and your career.
