How Still Her Was Born

This project was born out of a personal unraveling. I built a life, a career, a family — and somewhere along the way, I lost pieces of myself. Maybe you know that feeling too. Still Her became my quiet way back: back to softness, clarity, and self-honoring after long seasons of burnout and emotional depletion.

The Quiet Weight I Carry with Love

I wasn’t just raising a daughter. I was also helping care for my dad — a strong, quiet man living with multiple myeloma and managing life as a heart patient. In December of 2023, I relocated him to Texas to live with us when he was struggling both emotionally and physically. He still moves through life with quiet resilience, but on the hard days, I step in with extra care. It’s a responsibility I carry with love, but it’s heavy in ways most people never see.

Rooted Across Oceans

I was born in Jamaica, and at age 10, my older sister and I moved to California to live with our father. I’ve now lived in Texas for over 15 years, building a life with my loving husband and our daughter, while my mother still lives in Jamaica. Our story — like many families — is layered with strength, sacrifice, and an unspoken bond that stretches across oceans.

Buried, Not Broken

In the midst of caregiving, business-building, and motherhood, I found myself emotionally spent. I wasn’t broken — but I was buried. And it was my faith that led me back to the surface. I prayed through the fog, and God gently showed me how to begin again. The Soul’s Reset wasn’t just an idea — it was an assignment. A soft place to land. A sacred space I was called to build — not just for me, but for women like me.

Built from the Inside Out

This isn’t a hustle workbook. It’s a pause. A safe space. A whispered reminder that you are still whole — even in transition. Even in recovery. Even if you’ve forgotten for a while.

I created this experience not as a side project, but as a soul project — even while running Sucré Realty, raising my daughter, and walking beside the people I love.
