All fees for My Life After services will be outlined in the respective service agreements. Payments must be made according to the terms specified.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
My Life After reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with notice to the client.
All content, materials, coaching frameworks, and intellectual property provided by
My Life After remain the exclusive property of My Life After Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any intellectual property without prior written consent.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal, business, or proprietary information shared during the coaching or consulting relationship. This confidentiality obligation will survive the termination of services.
My Life After is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
My Life After reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if there is a breach of this Agreement or if the client engages in unlawful activities. Either party may terminate the Agreement with written notice if the other party fails to perform its obligations.
My Life After does not offer refunds for services rendered unless explicitly stated in the specific service agreement. Refunds may be considered in cases where the service has not been provided as per the agreement or due to other exceptional circumstances.
This Agreement will be governed by applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding under this Agreement must be brought in the courts.
