Assisted Living at Home

Our Assisted Living at Home Program is designed to help your loved ones continue to maintain their independence at home for as long as possible. We provide comprehensive care with the appropriate oversight needed to ensure an optimal quality of life for loved ones living at home. Our care services could include (but are not limited to): meal preparation; laundry clothes/changing linens; supervising home improvements/repairs; and caring for houseplants and pets.

Post Hospital & Rehab Care

Returning home from the hospital or rehab can be a daunting task. This service allows temporarily disabled adults to safely transition from a facility to their home. Our post-hospital and rehab care service is critical for anyone who is currently hospitalized or in rehab but wants to safely return home.

Long Distance Caregiving

This service is perfect for someone whose closest relatives or family member who is caring for them live an hour or more away. This service is designed to take the stress out of long-distance caregiving.

Dementia & Alzheimer’s Program

Our Dementia & Alzheimer's Care Program is intended to provide a nurturing environment for individuals suffering from dementia and Alzheimer's.

Respite Care

Our Respite Care program is designed to give the family caregiver a break without feeling guilty and to know that their family members are well taken care of.

Companionship

Unmet social needs negatively impact someone’s health. This service is designed to meet the social needs of the elderly by interacting with them, planning social outings and trips, playing games and cards, discussing current and historical events, etc.
