Ginger Delights provides outdoor permanent lighting consultation, sales, and installation services, including TruLight permanent lighting systems. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and final approval.
All estimates are non-binding until confirmed in writing.
Pricing may change due to material costs, property conditions, or scope changes.
Additional work not included in the original estimate may result in added charges.
Scheduling & Delays
Installation dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, supply availability, access issues, or unforeseen conditions. Ginger Delights is not liable for delays beyond its control.
Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or invoice.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension or removal where legally permitted.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered.
Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, images, and text are the property of Ginger Delights and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion if unsafe conditions, non-payment, or misrepresentation occurs.

Installation Agreement Language
By approving an estimate or scheduling installation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Site Conditions
Customer confirms all information about the property is accurate.
Ginger Delights is not responsible for hidden wiring, structural issues, or prior electrical deficiencies.
Any discovered issues may require additional charges or delay installation.
Property Access
Customer agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to all installation areas, including power sources.
Modifications
Any changes requested after installation begins may incur additional fees.
Warranty & Service Policy
Installation Workmanship
Ginger Delights provides a limited workmanship warranty covering installation-related defects for a custom length depending on products from installation date.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by weather, power surges, or acts of God
Damage caused by third parties
Modifications made by anyone other than Ginger Delights
Manufacturer Warranty
TruLight products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Ginger Delights does not manufacture lighting products and is not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond installation support.
Service Calls
Service visits outside warranty coverage may be subject to a service call fee.
HOA, Permit & Compliance Clause
Customer is solely responsible for:
HOA approvals
Municipal permits
Community restrictions
Local ordinances
Ginger Delights is not liable for violations due to undisclosed HOA rules or permit requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ginger Delights shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of use or enjoyment
Property damage caused by factors beyond our control
Electrical failures unrelated to installation workmanship
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.
Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ginger Delights from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Misrepresentation of property conditions
Unauthorized modifications
Failure to obtain approvals or permits
Governing Law
These agreements shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the installation is performed.
