Redefining Modern Medicine and Women's Health with Personalized, Integrative Care.

Dr. Aaren Grigg is redefining what patients can expect from their healthcare experience. With a fresh, forward-thinking approach to family medicine and women’s health, she is known for delivering care that is deeply personalized, highly attentive, and rooted in meaningful patient relationships.
Since beginning her practice in Toronto’s west end in 2018 as a member of the St. Joseph’s Primary Care Obstetrics Group, Dr. Grigg has developed extensive experience supporting patients through all stages of life—with a particular focus on women’s health and obstetrics. Her clinical approach challenges the limitations of traditional healthcare models by prioritizing time, access, and individualized care.
Dr. Grigg is especially passionate about advancing women’s healthcare and addressing areas that have historically been overlooked or stigmatized. She is a strong advocate for open, honest conversations around:
Intimate wellness and sexual health
Perimenopause and menopause
Postnatal care and maternal health
Vaginal pain and genitourinary symptoms
Hormonal health and fatigue
Mental health concerns, including postpartum depression
Her goal is simple but powerful: to ensure women feel heard, validated, and empowered in their healthcare journeys. Through education and compassionate care, she works to demystify complex conditions and create a safe, supportive space for patients to seek help without hesitation.

Dr. Grigg is currently not accepting new patients under OHIP. However, she does offer:
Complimentary wellness assessments & Women’s health consultations:
The following services are also available to patients with a physician's referral (OHIP covered) or on a private-pay basis:
Abnormal Pap Test Results (ASCUS, LSIL, HSIL)
An abnormal Pap test means that some cervical cells look different from normal, often due to HPV (human papillomavirus). Results like ASCUS, LSIL, or HSIL vary in severity, and follow-up care is important to monitor changes and prevent cervical cancer.
Prenatal Care and Early Pregnancy Consultations
Prenatal care supports a healthy pregnancy through regular check-ups, screening, and guidance from early pregnancy onward. Early consultations help confirm pregnancy, assess risks, and provide education on what to expect.
PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome)
PCOS is a hormonal condition that can affect ovulation, menstrual cycles, and metabolism. It may cause symptoms like irregular periods, acne, excess hair growth, and difficulty with weight or fertility.
Endometriosis
Endometriosis occurs when tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus, leading to inflammation and pain. It can cause painful periods, pelvic pain, and sometimes fertility challenges.
Irregular Bleeding
Irregular bleeding refers to menstrual cycles that are unpredictable in timing, flow, or duration. It can be linked to hormonal imbalances, stress, or underlying conditions that may need evaluation.
Dysmenorrhea (Painful Periods)
Dysmenorrhea involves significant menstrual pain that can interfere with daily life. While common, severe or worsening pain may signal an underlying condition like endometriosis.
Pelvic Pain
Pelvic pain can be acute or chronic and may originate from reproductive, urinary, or gastrointestinal systems. A thorough assessment helps identify the cause and guide effective treatment.
Peri-Menopausal and Post-Menopausal Symptoms
These stages involve hormonal changes that can cause symptoms like hot flashes, sleep disturbances, mood changes, and vaginal dryness. Care focuses on symptom management and long-term health support.
Breast Health Concerns
Breast health includes monitoring for changes such as lumps, pain, or discharge. Assessment and screening help detect issues early and provide reassurance or appropriate follow-up.
Fertility Awareness Education
Fertility awareness involves understanding your menstrual cycle, ovulation, and reproductive health. It can be used for family planning, cycle tracking, or identifying potential concerns.
Vaginal or Vulvar Symptoms
Symptoms such as itching, irritation, discharge, or discomfort can result from infections, hormonal changes, or skin conditions. Proper diagnosis ensures effective and targeted treatment.
STD Screening and Treatment
Sexually transmitted disease (STD) screening helps detect infections early, often before symptoms appear. Testing and timely treatment are important for your health and preventing transmission.
Low Libido
Low libido refers to a reduced interest in sexual activity and can be influenced by hormonal, physical, or emotional factors. Evaluation focuses on identifying underlying causes and supporting overall wellbeing.
Genitourinary Symptoms
Genitourinary symptoms may include urinary urgency, frequency, discomfort, or vaginal dryness. These are common, especially with hormonal changes, and can be effectively managed with appropriate care.
