These Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Service Scale LLC (“Service Scale,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) SMS/MMS text messaging program (the “Program”). By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages from Service Scale, you agree to these Terms. These Terms comply with applicable U.S. laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) Messaging Principles & Best Practices, and A2P 10DLC carrier requirements.

1. Program Description Service Scale may send you SMS and/or MMS messages related to your relationship with us. This is a mixed-use program that may include both:
Informational/transactional content (e.g., appointment confirmations and reminders, customer support and service communications, onboarding and account notifications, billing and payment-related notices), and
Promotional/marketing content (e.g., product or feature updates, special offers, and marketing communications).
Messages will not be sent outside of 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM in your local time zone.
Sender Identification All messages will clearly identify Service Scale LLC as the sender (e.g., beginning with “Service Scale:” or including our name prominently).
2. Consent to Receive Messages (Opt-In) You provide consent by submitting a web form on our website and affirmatively agreeing to receive texts (e.g., by checking one or more SMS consent checkboxes). For this mixed-use program, separate consent is required for informational/transactional messages and promotional/marketing messages. This constitutes your express written consent under the TCPA for the selected message types.
By opting in, you confirm that:
You are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided,
You consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from Service Scale at the provided number for the types you selected, and
Opting in to promotional/marketing messages is voluntary and separate.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We strongly recommend a double opt-in process: After form submission, we may send a confirmation text requiring your reply (e.g., “YES”) to activate enrollment.
3. Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on your interactions and selected content types. Expect approximately 6–10 messages per month (actual may vary; we avoid excessive volume to prevent fatigue).
4. Message and Data Rates Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Opting Out (Revocation of Consent) You may revoke consent at any time for all or specific message types. Reply to any message with STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or similar clear words expressing your desire to stop. You may also opt out via email or phone (Section 6).
We process opt-outs promptly (typically immediately, within 10 business days max) and send a one-time confirmation (informational only). After confirmation, opted-out message types cease unless you re-opt in.

7. Privacy and Data Use We collect and use your mobile number and messaging data only to operate the Program, deliver consented messages, respond to requests, and manage your account.
We may share data with trusted third-party providers (e.g., messaging platforms like Twilio, carriers) solely to facilitate delivery; they are bound by contract to use it only for our purposes and comply with laws — not for their marketing or sale.

8. Your Responsibilities Provide an accurate mobile number and notify us of changes. Secure your device; you're responsible for any access by others.
9. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old (or age of majority in your jurisdiction).
10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms; changes post here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued participation means acceptance.
11. Governing Law Governed by Arizona law, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
