About the Position

Forza Logistics is hiring experienced and motivated Class A CDL drivers for our Amazon Freight Partner program.

This is a regional driving position operating sleeper cab tractors with routes that allow drivers to be home every other day.

We are a local transportation company partnered exclusively with Amazon and offer stable work, consistent schedules, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Minimum 1–2 years of CDL driving experience
Valid Class A CDL
Must successfully pass DOT Physical
Current, non-expired CDL Medical Certificate
Must speak, read, and write English
No current CDL suspension or revocation
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Good DAC Report
Must pass background check
Must pass pre-employment drug screening
Must be comfortable using:
- GPS/Navigation systems
- Safety software applications
- ADP Mobile App
- Handheld technology and smartphones

We will then initiate your background check.

You’ll receive an email from First Advantage or Profile Advantage to complete the background check (can take 2 days–2 weeks).

Once approved, you’ll get an email from J.J. Keller to complete your full application (license, DOT medical card, address history, etc.).

After completing J.J. Keller, you’ll receive a pre-employment drug test—complete it right away.

Once everything clears, you’ll receive ADP onboarding. Sign the offer letter and complete all documents.

After onboarding, you’ll be scheduled for paid training (13-hour shift with a lead driver). This is also your evaluation.

After training, we will determine if you’re cleared to go out on your own.
