iClass Pro Account:

Follow these simple steps to create a parent account, pay online, or enroll in any “extra activities” like camps/clinics or Open Gyms

Click on the Parent Log In/Class Registration button in the top right hand corner.

Click on Create An Account OR Parent Log In (DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT IF YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE! WE CAN HELP YOU RESET YOUR PASSWORD!)

Once you are logged in you can follow the website to pay for class or sign up for events!

Recurring Tuition

At Pinnacle Gymnastics, we want to make things as simple as possible for you! We can auto-draft your monthly tuition each month with a credit/debit card or E-Check information stored on your account. Accounts will be auto-drafted on the 25th of each of month for the upcoming month. If you prefer not to have your card on file charged you can pay online, over the phone, or at the counter by the 25th of each month.

Make-Up Classes

Pinnacle Gymnastics encourages and welcomes a make-up for one missed class per month for current members. You may schedule a make-up either before or after a missed class in a paid tuition month with an active enrollment. Tuition is due monthly by the 25th of the prior month and based on your agreement. Please call ahead to schedule a make-up. Unscheduled make-ups will not be permitted. Children benefit most from attending their own class regularly. Please help us make our program a positive experience by assuring your child’s regular attendance. Pinnacle Gymnastics will honor make-ups within 60 days of the missed class session and you may only make up ONE MISSED CLASS PER MONTH. Missed make-ups can be rescheduled one time with prior notification of the absence to the office. We do not allow credits, issue refunds, or transfer tuition for missed classes.

Late Fees

Monthly Tuition is due on the 25th of each month for the upcoming month. A $25 late fee will be added to all invoices not paid in full by the 5th of the month and any returned/declined payments.

Discounts

• Gymnastics offers multiple family member discounts (immediate family only); 2nd sibling - 10% discount, 3rd (etc) sibling - 15% discount

• Child enrolled in the second recreational class; 50% off second class.

Class Closure

Gymnastics will be closed on the following Holidays:

• New Years Day

• Memorial Day

• 4th of July

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving Day

• Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

Additional Holiday Breaks may occur, please refer to our social media pages for the most up to date information. In case of inclement weather, closings will be posted on iAlert, Newsnet5, social media pages, emails, etc.

Track your Students Progress Online

Log into your iClass Pro account (using steps above) and then click on "evaluations" on the left side of the screen. You can see which skills have been introduced, which skills are being learned, and which skills have been mastered. Skill evaluations are completed every 8 weeks.

Refund Policy

No refunds or credits given for any reason.

Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from a Pinnacle Gymnastics program, written notification is required by the 15th of the previous month for recreational program and 30 days in advance for our competitive program. Failure to notify Pinnacle Gymnastics in writing by or on this date will result in a charge being rendered for the following month. Attending any classes in a month commits you to payment for the month. No exceptions. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
