Frequently Asked Questions

Where does Galeforce Docks operate?

Galeforce Docks serves New Hampshire waterfront homeowners on Lake Winnipesaukee, Squam Lake, Lake Sunapee, Newfound Lake, and the surrounding lakes. We are based in Laconia and install across the state.

What kind of docks do you sell?

We install premium aluminum docks, engineered stair systems, and waterfront access products from Alummikon - the Maine-based manufacturer behind our entire product line. Aluminum docks last roughly three times as long as wood and require dramatically less maintenance.

Are your docks engineered?

Yes. Every Alummikon product we install - including the all-terrain stair systems - carries a Professional Engineer (PE) stamp valid in 49 states. The engineering is documented, not assumed.

How long does an aluminum dock last?

Roughly three times longer than a comparable wood dock, with significantly less maintenance, when properly seasonally installed and removed. The product is backed by a 15-year manufacturer-defect warranty.

Do you offer seasonal install and removal?

Yes. We handle spring installation, fall removal, and winter storage. Seasonal removal is also how aluminum docks outlast wood - they spend the harshest months out of the ice, not in it.
