Cancellation Policy
I totally understand that things come up — life happens! 💕 All I ask is that you please give me a little heads up if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 60% of the service total.
• No-shows will be charged 80% of the service total.
• If you’re 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and counted as a late cancellation. (Yes, even if your 11min late)
