4. Can you manage my social media or Google Business account?
Yes, with your permission we can post updates, respond to messages, and optimize your listings for better visibility.

5. Do I need technical skills to use this system?
No. We set everything up for you, and it’s easy to manage if you want to make changes.

6. How do I update my AI Assistant?
(DESKTOP) To update assistant, click Ai Agents, Go to Knowledge base and choose the knowledge base that corresponds with your business, click the 3 dots on the right and choose edit, there you will be able to add text, faqs and websites for your assistant to use for answering questions..

7. What happens if I stop paying?
Access to the AI, booking system, website, and other services will be paused until payment is received.

8. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Services remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

9. Are my business accounts secure?
Absolutely. All credentials and customer information are kept safe and confidential.

10. How quickly is everything set up?
Most setups take 3–7 business days, depending on the information you provide.

11. How do I add or update services in the booking system?
(DESKTOP) Go to the Settings menu, then Calendar settings, Go to Services tab Click “Add Service” to create a new one or select an existing service to edit its name, duration, price, or description. (make sure to assign a staff member or it wont show in booking page)

12. How do I block off time or adjust my availability?
(APP) Use the Blue Plus Sign to set appointments and block off time. (DESKTOP) to set working hours, block breaks, holidays, or any time you don’t want customers booking. Use a desktop and go to settings, my staff, edit staff, and change their availabilty in user availability. Changes are reflected instantly.

13. Can I add or remove staff members?
(DESKTOP) Under the Staff section, in settings, you can add new team members, assign them to services, and set their individual availability.

14. How do I update the AI Assistant’s responses?
Use the Ai Agents tab and update the Knowledge Base.

15. Can I manage social media or Google Business posts through the system?
If access is granted, you can request posts, updates, or review responses through your dashboard or by contacting our support team.

16. Can I sync appointments with my personal calendar?
Yes. You can link your booking system to Google Calendar or other compatible calendars so all appointments appear automatically.

17. How do automated reminders work?
Once a customer books, SMS or email reminders are sent automatically based on your settings.

18. Can I test changes before they go live?
Absolutely. Service edits, calendar updates, and AI changes can be previewed before they are visible to customers.

19. What if I encounter a technical issue?
Contact our support team via email or dashboard. Minor issues are typically resolved within 24–48 hours, and urgent problems are prioritized.
