Hospitable Hosts began with a simple belief. If you put real stories from real hosts into the world, you make hospitality more human, more honest and more sustainable.
What started as one book grew into a global series as hosts, managers, educators and founders came together to share their journeys. Their chapters go far beyond tips and tactics, they show the courage, heart and resilience it takes to build a hospitality business that serves both guests and life outside the listing.
Today, Hospitable Hosts sits inside The Global Hospitality Collective. The same authors who came together to share their stories are now coming together to elevate hospitality standards, support each other and shape the future of our industry together.

Hospitable Hosts is curated by, Jodie Odlin, a host, storyteller and the founder of The Global Hospitality Collective.
I started this project because I was fascinated by the stories behind the hosts. What was their “why”.
Today, I bring together hosts, educators, founders and hospitality leaders from around the world, helping them turn their lived experience into stories, books, education and impact. The Hospitable Hosts series is where many of those journeys begin.
