Ricardo Auguste

FOUNDER & Executive Director

Ricardo Auguste founded GIFTS Foundation with a clear mission to ensure students have access to essential resources and opportunities that drive long-term success. He leads the organization’s vision, partnerships, and strategic growth, working closely with schools, families, and community leaders to deliver meaningful, scalable impact. His leadership is focused on building a structured, results-driven foundation that consistently shows up for students who need it most.

Vida Samuel

PRESIDENT

Vida Samuel provides executive board leadership and governance oversight, ensuring the organization operates with clarity, accountability, and strategic direction. She plays a key role in aligning initiatives with the foundation’s mission while supporting long-term planning and decision-making. Her leadership strengthens the organization’s ability to grow responsibly while maintaining a strong commitment to impact and integrity.

Handy Luigi

TREASURER

Handy Luigi oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation, ensuring strong fiscal responsibility across the organization. He helps guide financial strategy to support sustainable growth while maintaining transparency and accountability. His role is critical in ensuring that every dollar is managed effectively to maximize impact for students and families.

Cynthia Dorce

SECRETARY

Cynthia Dorce manages governance, compliance, and organizational documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency across all operations. She supports board coordination and maintains the structural integrity needed for effective leadership and decision-making. Her role helps ensure GIFTS Foundation operates with discipline, organization, and a strong foundation for continued growth.
