Gumaro Vega is the Founder and CEO of Pumas Concrete, a 20-year veteran of the concrete industry in Middle Tennessee. Recognizing a critical gap in regional quality standards, Gumaro founded Pumas to bring California-level craftsmanship and structural discipline to Nashville and surrounding counties.
He leads a team committed to the Puma Structural Integrity Protocol (PSIP), which mandates 4000 PSI commercial-grade mix, dual reinforcement, and pump-poured base protection on every high-end project. Gumaro's hands-on leadership ensures that Pumas delivers not just concrete, but documented reliability and risk mitigation for custom home builders, developers, and discerning homeowners.

Since joining Pumas Concrete in 2017, Maria Sandoval has played an integral role in the company’s financial and operational success. As Controller, she oversees all accounting, budgeting, and project financial management functions, ensuring that every aspect of the company’s operations runs with precision, transparency, and fiscal discipline.
Maria is responsible for managing both accounts payable and receivable, coordinating material procurement, and maintaining accurate client payment processes. Her leadership ensures that projects are executed efficiently, with full alignment between financial planning and operational execution.
