Welcome to Best Employee Ever LLC (“COMPANY,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, Virtual Assistant or AI Receptionist services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
2. Nature of Services
- Our AI agents and tools are provided for general informational purposes only. Results are not guaranteed, may vary, and should not be relied upon as professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).
- Our Virtual Assistants provide administrative services as an independent contractor and are not liable for business outcomes or consequential losses. All work created under this service belongs to the client, except for general templates or workflows retained by the company.
3. Intellectual Property
All materials, software, and content provided by COMPANY are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit them without permission.
4. Payments
- Payments are processed securely by third-party PCI-DSS compliant providers.
- COMPANY does not store credit card data.
- All sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a continuing service agreement under which recurring weekly payments will be automatically processed each Friday, by end of day, for the following week’s services. This agreement shall remain in full force and effect until written notice of cancellation is received via email no less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled payment time. Cancellations submitted after this deadline will apply to the subsequent billing cycle.
- A one-time setup fee and a 3% service charge apply to all initial payments. Thereafter, the 3% charge will be applied to all Debit and Credit Card payments.
5. Privacy & Data
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. No Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
- COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
- COMPANY SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
- YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICES.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless COMPANY and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting them on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
