Position: Multidisciplinary Designer
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9am–6pm EST | should be flexible with possible changes
Salary: $3000 - 4000 (depending on client’s final offer, based on experience)

We’re on the lookout for ahigh-performing, versatile Multidisciplinary Designerto join our fast-moving creative team. If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings bold ideas to the table, and delivers stunning visuals across a range of formats, we’d love to meet you.
Social Media Design: Develop compelling, on-brand social media graphics and templates using Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva. Build adaptable branding systems that scale across multiple platforms and campaigns.
Event Design: Create full branding packages for events, including signage, brochures, print-ready assets, and other visual collateral.
Web Design: Design eye-catching and user-centric marketing websites and landing pages in Figma, with attention to UX/UI best practices and conversion-focused layouts.
Motion & Video: Produce clean, engaging video content and basic 3D animations for marketing and digital campaigns.
Requirements - What We're Looking For
Has at least 2-3 years of experience performing the relevant role
High Output, Fast Turnaround: You move quickly without sacrificing polish or quality.
Creative Versatility: You’re comfortable shifting between formats and styles while maintaining brand integrity.
Strong Communication Skills: You’re responsive, clear, and collaborative in a remote work environment.
Feedback-Friendly: You take feedback in stride and iterate with purpose.
Startup or Agency Experience: You know how to thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation teams.
Ideal Degree, Certifications or Courses (Optional, but valuable):
Bachelor of Design (BDes) –with a major or concentration in Communication Design, Digital Media, or Multimedia Design
UX/UI Design Certifications(e.g., Google UX Design, General Assembly, Springboard)
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE)in Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects
Figma Mastery Courses(offered by platforms like Coursera, Udemy, or Skillshare)
Motion Design / 3D Animation Courses(e.g., School of Motion, Motion Design School)
Web Design & Development Basics(HTML/CSS courses for context, not coding roles)
