Courier CommandPRO™

Automate. Deliver. Scale.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after I purchase?

With Operator Access ($394 one-time), you receive immediate access to the system for internal use. This Includes:
Business setup logic
SOPs and workflows for courier operations

Client onboarding, communication, and follow-up process

Pricing, invoicing, and operational calculators
Editable PDFs, trackers, and checklist

The optional Launch Credit ($750) is available for hands-on setup support, including funnel, system automation, and workflow validation.

Licensed Operator Access ($2,400 per year or $225 per month) adds ongoing updates, white-label rights, new SOPs and templates,
priority support, and commercial deployment rights.

After purchase, you have the framework and tools to run your courier business efficiently, whether for your own operation or to deploy for clients.

Do I need technical skills to use this?

No coding or technical expertise is required. The system is built for courier business operators, not technicians. All automation logic is pre-configured. All SOPs are written in plain operational language. Setup follows documented workflows.

If you can manage a spreadsheet and follow step-by-step instructions, you can implement Courier CommandPRO™.

Can I white-label this for my company?

Operator Access permits white-labeling for your own company's internal use. Client-facing white-label and commercial deployment rights are included with Licensed Operator Access, which requires an approval process. Branding and usage permissions are defined after approval to protect quality and consistency.

Is this just a collection of PDFs and templates?

No. The assets are structured and implementation-ready, but the system as a whole is an operational infrastructure, not a content bundle. Individual templates do not connect or replace one another. This system does. SOPs, automation logic, CRM pipelines, hiring frameworks, and client acquisition workflows are built to function together and to be deployed immediately.

What if I'm already using other tools for CRM, email, etc.?

Courier CommandPRO™ is built to work with your existing tools or replace them where there is overlap. The automation and workflow logic is designed to integrate with common platforms. During implementation, or through the Launch Credit setup service, you can align the system with whatever stack you are already running.

Does this guarantee I'll make money or get clients?

No, and any system that promises that is not being honest with you. Courier CommandPRO™ provides the operational infrastructure. Results depend on implementation. Operators who follow the frameworks consistently report reduced daily firefighting, faster team onboarding, and cleaner client operations. The system works when you work it.

What's the difference between Operator Access and Licensed Access?

Operator Access is for courier business owners who want to implement the system inside their own operation.
Licensed Operator Access
is for consultants and implementers who want to deploy the system for clients and generate service revenue.

Licensed Access includes commercial deployment rights, white-label usage for client work, ongoing updates, and advanced assets. It requires approval before purchase.

Can I see the system before I buy?

The 7-day activation window is available for operators who want to get inside the system and begin setup before committing fully. This is not a passive trial.

It is a structured activation period with support available to help you get oriented and moving.

What if the system doesn't work for my specific courier niche?

Courier CommandPRO™ was built around operational requirements that apply across courier niches. Including last-mile, medical, legal, on-demand,

and route-based operations. These businesses share the same foundational problems: inconsistent intake, informal processes, reactive hiring, and

unscalable communication. The frameworks are adaptable. If you encounter a specific edge case during implementation, support is available to help you working through it.

Is ongoing support included?

Operator Access includes access to the system and its documentation. It does not include ongoing one-on-one support or managed services. The Launch Credit covers

full system activation by the LJ Direct Solutions team for operators who want hands-on help at setup. For questions that arise during implementation, contact

support through your access dashboard.

Who created this, and why should I trust it?

Courier CommandPRO™ was developed and is owned by LJ Direct Solutions, LLC, a business systems firm focused on operational structure, automation, and scalable

implementation. The system was built from real operational standards observed across courier business, not assembled from generic business templates. It exists because most courier operators are skilled at delivery but under-equipped on the business system side, and that gap is fixable with the right infrastructure.

What if I have questions during implementation?

Contact support directly. Scope and response time depend on your access level. Operators who add the Launch Credit receive hands-on setup as part of that service. Questions outside that scope are handled through the support channel on your access dashboard.
