These terms and agreements are to protect Shannon Squires Toews and
the purchasers of products and services provided through the Shannon Squires Creative Academy website.

By using this website, you signify your consent to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the website.

All products within, including downloads and workshops, are owned by Shannon Squires Toews and not eligible for sale or sharing outside of this platform. These terms are legally binding and Shannon Squires Photography INC will take any and all legal action necessary to protect, at a minimum, copyright, trademark, and proprietary infringements.

Shannon Squires Photography INC reserves the right to change or cancel these terms and policies at any time with or without notice.

Communications:
By providing my email & phone number, I agree to receive email & text communications from the Shannon Squires Creative Academy.
I can opt out at any time.

Return, Refund, & Cancellation Policy:

Due to the digital nature of our products, there are no refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges. There are no physical products to purchase or ship.

All sales are final and no returns or refunds will be issued.
Products are downloaded or accessed through your login and library within Shannon Squires Creative Academy.

All payments are made through PayPal, and will follow the strict PayPal guidelines.

Workshops are non-negotiable, no refunds, no returns. If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may sell your seat to a new attendee. By purchasing a seat to one of Shannon Squires workshops, you understand there are no refunds, returns, exchanges.

This license
extends to the single, individual purchaser. This license does not extend to companies or partnerships, and may not be resold, loaned, or gifted to another individual or party.

YOU MAY:

Use the products and courses for PERSONAL USE and/or COMMERCIAL USE as long as the finished product is a flattened file given to your photography clients.

YOU MAY NOT:

Sell any of the products or courses to other photographers or platforms for personal sales or gain.

Share or redistribute products, courses, or other material in any manner.

Use the content in any harmful, pornographic, or racial material that may be deemed harmful or offensive to another person.

Use and resale for templates or other products.

Violations of these Terms of Use or Policies will result in revoking your membership, removing access to products and courses, and may result in legal action.

Refunds will not be given for any violation of these Terms of Use and Policies.
