5.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Notice Required: You must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a charge of 100% of the treatment cost and may require prepayment for future appointments.

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.

5.3 Clinic Cancellations

Vivaderm Clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:

We will make every effort to notify you promptly and reschedule at your convenience. No cancellation fees will apply when we initiate the cancellation.


6. Payment Terms

6.2 Payment Timing

6.4 Refund Policy

Treatments: Completed treatments are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with a treatment, please contact us within 7 days to discuss resolution options.

Packages: Unused treatments in prepaid packages may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, minus a 20% administrative fee. After 30 days, packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to different services of equal or greater value.

Products: Unopened skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.


7. Health and Safety

You must disclose all relevant medical information, including:
