Do I need fascia replacement, or can you repair what’s there?
It depends on the condition. If boards are rotten, warped or no longer secure, replacement is usually best. If it’s a small local issue (for example a loose section or a damaged corner), a repair may be enough.
Why do my gutters overflow even when they’re not blocked?
