No new negative accounts during the program
Submit all credit-related mail within 7 days of receipt
Make timely payments
Provide valid ID within 5 days of signing up
Refund Process
Requests must be submitted in writing with documentation
Allow 10 business days for a full review
Refunds apply to monthly fees paid within the first 120 days only
