1 Use of Our Services

a. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in Singapore's real estate industry to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

b. Strategy Call Booking

When you book a strategy call with Rayne, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your real estate experience and goals
• Attend the scheduled call at the agreed time or provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling
• Engage in good faith discussions about potential team membership

c. No Employment Guarantee

Booking a strategy call does not guarantee acceptance onto Rayne's team. Team membership is selective and based on mutual fit, qualifications, and team capacity.

d. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purposes
• Provide false or misleading information during the application process
• Share proprietary training materials, frameworks, or team resources without written permission
• Attempt to recruit team members to other organizations

2 Recruitment Process

a. No Upfront Fees

There are no upfront costs to book a strategy call or join Rayne's team. Standard commission splits apply upon team membership.

b. Team Membership Terms

If accepted to the team, separate agreements regarding commission structures, training commitments, and team policies will be provided and must be signed before official onboarding.

3 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, training frameworks, and resources provided by Rayne's Team — including but not limited to The New Launch Blueprint System™, presentation templates, and coaching materials — are proprietary and confidential.

You may not copy, distribute, or share these materials without explicit written permission.

4 Confidentiality

Any information shared during strategy calls regarding team operations, training methods, client strategies, or business practices is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties.

5 Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Rayne's Team regarding:

• Strategy call scheduling and reminders
• Team updates and opportunities
• Training sessions and project labs
• Real estate market insights

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rayne's Team shall not be liable for:

• Any business results, income, or commissions expectations
• Third-party actions or market conditions affecting your real estate career
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services

7 Results Disclaimer

While we provide comprehensive training and coaching, individual results vary based on effort, market conditions, and personal circumstances. No specific income, sales volume, or career outcomes are guaranteed.

8 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or in the courts of Singapore.

9 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
