Services We Provide

From meticulously planned logistics to breathtaking décor that reflects your style, POLISHED OCCASIONS ensures a stress-free experience so you can focus on the joy of your commitment.

- Initial consultation with the couple

- Preparing a detailed budget

- Continued consultation and advice (e.g. on etiquette) as needed

- Preparing a schedule for events

- Preparing a detailed timeline and checklists

- Assisting with selection and booking of venues (ceremony and reception)

- Assisting with selecting and booking an officiant for the wedding

- Assisting with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding

- Creatively directing and/or assisting with the design and overall look of the wedding (ceremony and reception)

- Assisting with arranging the printing and mailing out of the save the dates and invitations

- Tracking RSVPs and maintaining guest list

- Assisting with selection of wedding attire and accessories

- Finding, negotiating with and booking suitable vendors (e.g. florist, photographer, videographer, musicians, caterer, etc.)

- Reviewing vendors' contracts and coordinating with vendors

- Providing information to obtain a marriage license

- Make sure marriage license is present on the day of/keeping track of license

- Deliver couple’s gifts on the day of ceremony

- Assist with bridal gown

- Oversee all vendors for set-up, adhere to the schedule

- Preparing itineraries, seating list, name plates

- Attending and overseeing the rehearsal

- Instructing attendants regarding their day-of duties

- Directing the processionals, recessionals and receiving line

- Coordinating the collection of gifts received on the wedding day

- Wedding day coordination

- Assist with decor for honeymoon suite upon request

- Assist with hotel blocks and negotiate rates

- Assist with and deliver out of town guests welcome packages to selected hotel

- Providing a peaceful, stress-free day for the couple

My venue already has a coordinator, why do I need to bring in an additional one?

Oh how we are SO glad you asked!!! LOL! Your venue coordinator will coordinate just that.....the venue....and....yep, you guessed it...NOTHING else! You'll be needing assistance with being linked up with reputable vendors throughout the city and who has better built relationships with these vendors than the wedding planners that have worked them on numerous occasions? We handle not only your venue, but also the vendors that are needing to be booked, assistance with décor selections and drafting an immaculate design scheme. Don't you deserve all of this and more? Trust us, it's worth it to hire a planner.

You have nothing but 5 Star Reviews.... What's the catch? Do your brides/ clients REALLY love you that much!?

Bwahaha! We know you've been reading our reviews and wondering...."ok....so where's the flaw?" and we can't blame you. But yes, our brides and clients really do love us!!! Do you offer payments plans?

Surely do!!! For all packages (wedding or special events), there is 25% deposit fee. The deposit is 25% of the total package price, contingent upon the package that you'd like to book. Payments thereafter (once deposit is paid) will be spread out into monthly payments, with the final payment being due one month prior to event. Can you pay off the balance well in advance? Yes you can!
