What is your return policy?
To return an item, please contact us at [email protected] for written authorisation. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase, and any damaged, incorrect, or missing items should be reported within 5 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened and in their original packaging. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
UK & International Shipping
At Nur Aesthetics Clinic we believe customer service is paramount. We therefore aim to offer a next working day delivery service for Mainland UK orders received before 2:00pm (subject to stock, volume of orders and available transport). However, please note, it is not a guaranteed service and our courier may deliver the next available day. For some parts of the UK such as Northern Ireland and the Highlands, delivery may be more and will take longer.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and Highlands: Orders below £60 (ex VAT) are subject to £14 shipping fee – Orders above £60 (ex VAT) are subject to £8 shipping fee.
Deliveries to Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands: Orders below £60 (ex VAT) are subject to £16 shipping fee – Orders above £60 (ex VAT) are subject to £10 shipping fee.
Orders outside these areas will be quoted on an individual basis depending on the weight, volume and exact location.
