Dr. Torres, the youngest of three, was born and raised in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico. As a teenager, he always dreamed of playing baseball at the collegiate level, and later the professional level. After receiving numerous athletic and academic scholarships, he decided to attend the University of Mobile in Alabama where he received his B.S degree in Human Performance with a concentration in Exercise Physiology; to go along receiving numerous baseball awards for his on-field contributions.

During his tenure in Mobile, he had the opportunity to work along the athletic training and strength and conditioning departments, where he developed an even greater passion for helping others achieve optimum health.

Becoming a Chiropractor was another dream of Dr. Torres. Since he was a kid, he went to the chiropractor and saw improvements in not just his injuries, but his baseball performance as well.

"I am committed to uplifting and empowering our community by educating them on the role that chiropractic can play on maintaining a long-lasting healthy lifestyle so that they can take control of their own health."
